Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology projects proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing RISE with SAP, SAP Activate, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP);
• Working across phases of the SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies, including requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) modules;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with downstream applications, using SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), and SAP S4/HANA applications in the client’s landscape;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP SD, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), SAP Billing, SAP Pricing, SAP Agile methodology, and SAP Waterfall methodology;
• Utilizing SAP Solution Manager (Solman), Atlassian Jira, Panaya, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including HP ALM to support and perform configuration, technical, functional, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
• Performing SAP SD, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SD-FI integration and SD-MM integration production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), and HP ALM.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
