Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires [3] years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, and leading the functional track across all phases of Accelerated SAP (ASAP) and Agile Scrum Methodologies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives for flexible consumption and subscription models across organizations globally, utilizing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM);
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders during Blueprinting workshops to gather and map business requirements, designing business process scenarios or use cases, including integration with 3rd party external systems and provisioning platforms, documenting process flow diagrams, and preparing business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP BRIM and Microsoft (MS) Office Suite;
- Configuring Org Models, Business Partner, Materials - Sales, Service, and Subscription products, Master Agreements, Solution Quotations, Subscription Orders, Subscription Contracts, Partner Determination, Date Profiles, and Pricing Integration, using SAP Convergent Charging (CC), CC Mapping Tables, and Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI);
- Utilizing deep technical knowledge of underlying classes in Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) and Business Add-In (BADI) to drive functional and technical design of custom enhancements in SAP BRIM and SOM;
- Defining testing scope with the client, overseeing and monitoring Unit tests, String tests, Regression tests, and Integration tests to confirm custom enhancement build against the requirements, and supporting bug fixes throughout the project testing cycles, using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Jira;
- Driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations, resolving key functional issues by engaging the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Change Control Board (CCB), and managing risks to timeline, budget, scope, and resources, by providing a comparison of solution alternatives to drive key project decisions;
- Leading Quality Assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Business Design Documents (BDD), Configuration Documents, Functional Specifications, Unit Test and Integration Test documents, and Cutover Tasks and Documentation, utilizing MS Teams and MS SharePoint.
