Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's Degree or a foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Working across phases of the Activate or ASAP methodology for implementation of S4 HANA greenfield projects and SAP Suite on HANA (SOH) and Enterprise Central Component (ECC), including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run phases for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Agile tools such as Jira, and SAP Cloud ALM;
• Leading large-scale Finance transformation, using SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC on HANA, Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and Hyperledger blockchain, implementations across organizations globally, and driving program governance while managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Fit-to-standard workshops;
• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Agile techniques Scrum and Kanban;
• Utilizing UiPath Test suite, a RPA based testing tool, and SAP solution manager for test automation to support and perform System integration testing, load testing, and continuous testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Performing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), Project System (PS), Group Reporting (GR), and Advance Finance Closing (AFC) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow IT Service management (ServiceNow ITSM) and SAP solution manager;
• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Activate or ASAP methodology to implement SAP modules including Treasury, FICO, and PS modules;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Generative AI or non SAP based third party applications in the client’s landscape.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
