Work You’ll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative Information Technology projects and solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
--50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Developing end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) programs leveraging ADKAR Change Management methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC) to support the adoption of systems and processes for business transformation initiatives deploying ERPs, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.com;
- Creating learning programs by applying Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design theories, and by leveraging ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate), SDLC, and Waterfall and Agile project management models;
- Leading global teams of training developers to execute the training development approach, build Instructor Lead and Web-Based leaning courses, and create system simulations while leveraging Enable Now and User Productivity Kit (UPK);
- Supervising teams on executing and delivering work in accordance with the Organization Change Management and Training Development strategy to enable clients to adopt changes and enhancements resulting from implementing ERP applications, including SAP, Oracle, or Ariba;
- Developing training courseware, including Instructor Lead, Web-Based learning courses, and system simulations, and publishing them to client Learning Management Systems including SABA, Skillsoft, or Cornerstone;
- Designing and delivering user guides, and leading and supporting training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing uPerform, Articulate, and Captivate; and
- Supporting business structures and processes utilizing live, guided, and on-the-job support to large user bases by leveraging SAP Enable Now Web Assistant, Oracle Guided Learning, or Walkme.

Annual Salary: $144,600.00 - $241,000.00.
