Work You’ll Do
Manage software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve information technology project internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI), IPsoft Amelia, OneReach, and Nuance Mix to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in financial industries;
• Participating in all phases of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing AI Virtual Assistants and Contact Centers for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, and LucidChart;
• Utilizing IPsoft Amelia, OneReach, Nuance Mix, MS Visio, and LucidChart to manage the design and development of project solutions;
• Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing MS Visual Studio Code (VS Code), IntelliJ IDEA, Git, and GitHub;
• Setting up Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI) and source code management to achieve fully automated CI/Continuous Delivery (CD), utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools including CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Terraform, Git, and Kubernetes;
• Participating in teams focused on Conversational AI Virtual Assistant Delivery of engagements; and
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing LucidChart, MS Visio, Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
