Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Tampa, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of information technology projects including proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or
foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Utilizing Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Box, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google sheets to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Healthcare, or Technology industries;
•Managing all phases of Waterfall and Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing applications for enterprise-level clients;
•Utilizing Waterfall, and Agile methodology to manage the design and development of project solutions;
•Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing Code review checklist;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Jira, Waterfall, and Agile methodology;
•Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Jira, MS PowerPoint, and Excel, and Google slides and sheets; and
•Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing MS Excel, and PowerPoint, Jira, Box, Skype, WebEx, and Google sheets.
