Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies to lead information technology projects in Public Sector Disability, Paid Family Leave, unemployment insurance, and Telecom sectors;
- Participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures,
utilizing Azure DevOps, and Microsoft (MS) Visio; - Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MS Teams;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis, using (MS) IIS (Internet Information Services) Logs,
Google Analytics, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports; - Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions
that satisfy client needs, using MS Visio, and Build/Release Design document; - Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing MS Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS); and
- Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing MS Visual Studio, Microsoft ASP.NET, Microsoft C#, LINQ (Language Integrated Query), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), JQuery, and MS SQL Server.

Annual Salary: $146,994.00-$241,000.00
