Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project, Oracle software advisory, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning, Smart View, Oracle Financial Reporting, and Oracle Cloud EPM Narrative Reporting to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Government and Public Services industry;
- Participating in all phases of the Agile project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Smart View, Oracle Financial Reporting, and Oracle Cloud EPM Narrative Reporting to support and oversee Unit, System Integration, Volume, and User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting Government and Public Services business process workshops, by leveraging Oracle Cloud EPM Planning to understand current business processes and outline future processes;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, by employing gap analysis templates to design EPM system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management;
- Performing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning production rollouts and providing post-production support and defect resolution using ZenDesk and ServiceNow; and
- Guiding the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments utilizing Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Smart View, Oracle Financial Reporting, and Oracle Cloud EPM Narrative Reporting.
