Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Tampa, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage software development and implementation services for information technology projects to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process for information technology projects; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications in connection with information technology projects.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Guiding and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP Financial Contract Account (FICA), Convergent Invoicing, Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (IS-U), Archiving, Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) and Fiori;
- Guiding teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
- Utilizing SAP Change Request Management (CHaRM), Control-M, BRFPlus, and Microsoft (MS) Office to manage software development and implementation services leveraging SAP FICA, IS-U, and Convergent Invoicing;
- Coordinating full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP FICA, IS-U, and CHaRM, and building custom applications using SAP Fiori and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology;
- Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Quality Center (QC), and Azure;
- Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals and guiding deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Utilities, and Technology clients; and
- Guiding business transformation and on-going operations for the full suite of SAP software solutions.
