Work You’ll Do
Manage engagements that lead clients through complex transitions that come with transactions and transformations that are part of that journey, including target identification and pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets, developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1 planning and execution. Manage integrated, cross-functional teams that deliver Merger & Acquisition (M&A) engagements across all phases of the M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration. Manage the design organization design, policies, process maps, and performance measures utilizing operating model assessment methodology, spans and layer analysis, and industry benchmarking techniques from sources. Examine entities’ financial statements to conduct assessment on true and fair value of financials and report to stakeholders, including shareholders, employees and suppliers, customers, banks, regulatory bodies and analysts. Manage service excellence by identifying key business issues, determining needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing, developing, and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients;
- Assisting clients in developing discounted cash flow and commercial forecasting models which allow clients to evaluate business outcomes and plan for different scenarios as appropriate for the M&A deal;
- Conducting business plan reviews, operational due diligence, resource assessments, and M&A implementation planning, using revenue cycle assessments, operational blueprinting methodology, and operational due diligence playbook;
- Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Tableau, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and Project;
- Leading implementation of conversions to migrate customers through legacy systems by leveraging relations across teams, including business stakeholders and technical teams; and
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing functional status report templates, Tableau, and MS Project.
