Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing SDLC and Agile methodology with DevOps to lead information technology projects within the Retirement and Pension systems, Health Care, Child Welfare, or Insurance domains;
- Developing applications and managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, flow mapping, and prototyping, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing, Angular, .NET Core APIs (Application Programming Interface), C#, Ajax (Asynchronous JavaScript), jQuery, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), SQL Server (Structured Query Language), and LexisNexis;
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using Jira, and Confluence;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using MS Visio and Jira;
- Leading production support activities, resolving production issues, and performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) by utilizing Microsoft (MS) IIS (Internet Information Services) Logs, Event Logs, and Splunk monitors, and proposing short-term and long-term mitigation;
- Managing business processes, and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing MS Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS); and
- Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $253,000.00.
