Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including development and implementation ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build, and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team, and developers and testers; work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile and Scrum methodology to lead information technology projects including Big Data/ETL/Cloud (AWS/GCP) migration projects;
- Guiding teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures by leveraging data profiling and preparing processes and procedures required for Big Data, AWS Lambda, and AWS Glue implementation using Postgres and Redshift as DB;
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules and deliverables for clients using Microsoft Project and Jira;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis by employing reports to analyze and identify trends, as well as make data driven recommendations and architect the future state;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions which satisfy client needs through use of data flow diagrams with Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Big Data/ETL and EDW solutions in Amazon Web Service (AWS), using AWS products including Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, Lambda, Amazon EMR and Amazon Glue;
- Leading and working with teams that develop, test, and deploy applications by leveraging Hadoop, Spark, AWS Glue, Lambda, EMR, EC2 , S3, and Informatica Cloud; and
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope through use of change management processes using ServiceNow and Jira methodologies.
