Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Sacramento, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.


• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology, and Hybrid Agile Methodology;
• Working across phases of the Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology, and Hybrid Agile Methodology including Planning, Blueprinting, and Requirement Gathering for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Edition;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), and SAP S/4HANA in the client’s landscape;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing ARIS, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology, and Hybrid Agile Methodology;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Execution Document, Test Summary Report, utilizing MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Agile Methodology;
• Utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Azure DevOps to support and perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology, and Hybrid Agile Methodology; and
• Performing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Logistics Execution (LE) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.

Annual Salary: $131175 - $218625
