Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for the future trade promotion management system. Manage technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gap in current trade promotion management activities. Manage information technology project vendor assessment for content management of Technology, Media and Telecommunication sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Lean Six Sigma process improvement approaches, including Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) to drive the creation of solutions in line with Porter’s 5 Forces for clients within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunication sector;
- Participating in teams and projects utilizing Agile methodology that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project and Jira supporting methodologies, including Balanced Scorecard, Customer Relationship Management, and Change Management;
- Consulting, implementing, and testing of ERP solutions, applications, databases, and operating systems, including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SQL, DB2, Windows, Unix, and Mainframe;
- Participating in the Quality Assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including engagement planning, economics, and billing per business specifications and agreed-on timelines;
- Overseeing the creation of scalable designs and technical solutions, including go-to-business market strategy, enterprise innovation growth strategy, and risk advisory;
- Providing architectural and implementation consulting for Cloud services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud, and creating audit ready frameworks for Cloud platforms, including Testing as a Service (TaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Kubernetes, and Microservices;
- Working across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Go to market, and business strategy for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients, performing pre and post implementation review, providing insights and solutions, and analyzing gaps; and
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis to develop solutions for client challenges, utilizing Big Data, R, Tableau, and Power BI.

Annual Salary: $230,000 - $241,500
