Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leading large-scale SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP ERP digital solutions;
- Working across phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, testing phases, deployment and Post deployment hyper care support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SharePoint and Microsoft (MS) Office, including Visio;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops, lead the functional and technical requirements gathering, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing MS Visio and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
- Managing project teams and delivery, tracking, and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resource allocations utilizing MS Excel and SharePoint;
- Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including workshop decks, functional design specifications, proposed technical solutions, test scripts and training manuals utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and ServiceNow (SNOW);
- Performing production rollouts and leading post- production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM and SNOW; and
- Utilizing HP ALM and SNOW to support and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Performance Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of ERP project solutions.
