Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Hybird Agile, Oracle Application Implementation (AIM) project management methodology, and Jira to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail industries;
- Managing all phases of the Hybrid Agile Oracle Cloud Software as as service (SaaS) and Platform as a service (PaaS) project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise level clients;
- Utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Quality Center (QC) to support and oversee sprints, System integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) test cycles, to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting conference room pilots, business process design and requirement gathering workshops, utilizing ARIS business process modeling tool, pre-configured industry specific Oracle solutions to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Financials modules, using accounting hub, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payables, accounts receivables and cash management;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and SCM modules system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, and SCM modules; and
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing ARIS.
