Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Atlassian Jira, Teamwork, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft (MS) Project Viewer (MPP) to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial Product industries;
- Participating in all phases of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including Oracle and SAP for enterprise-level clients;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS Visio, ThinkTank and Miro;
- Utilizing MS PowerPoint and Visio to manage the design and development of project solutions;
- Participating in project testing including System (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) testing utilizing HP Quality Center (QC) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Supervising teams focused on functional design and testing of systems;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS PowerPoint, Teamwork, and HP ALM; and
- Participating in the project responsibilities of cross functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) matrix.
