Work You’ll Do
Develop and manage innovative and people-forward solutions that help companies transform, innovate, and build capability in their Human Resources (HR) function using industry-leading methodologies, organization visualization, and analytics. Help clients transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency while improving overall talent experience for employees. Manage HR service excellence by identifying key HR/talent issues, determining needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations. Manage the definition, build, and implementation of enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results. Oversee the setting of engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three (3) years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Coordinating the strategy, design, and development of HR programs and innovative talent solutions that drive success for client organizations and their workforce, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;
- Participating in, developing, and maintaining contact with top decision makers;
- Interfacing directly with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams;
- Identifying and executing multi-channel communications and cross-functional engagements with critical client stakeholders, influencers, and adjacent project teams;
- Facilitating talent workshops with clients to translate and align HR and talent initiatives to strategic business goals and imperatives; and
- Providing data analysis and strategic recommendations to clients for the HR organization, technology, content, and vendor ecosystem, utilizing MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Annual Salary: $203,800 - $213,990
