Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects, including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; selecting the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing RISE with SAP, SAP Activate, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP);
  • Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology, including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Test and Deploy for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Services (DS), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Accelerated SAP (ASAP), and SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (SAP PI/PO);
  • Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio;
  • Participating in project delivery, tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing MS Project Plan;
  • Utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Atlassian Jira, and qTest to support and perform Configuration, Technical, Functional, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
  • Performing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Finance (SAP FI), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM), and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (SAP BRIM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow and ALM.
