Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Conduct business alignment/requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, and validating final functional and technical requirements. Manage the creation of walkthrough as-is and to-be process maps, confirming future state landscape and architecture, and translating the requirements into project designs. Interface directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients;
- Managing supply chain and indirect procurement transformations using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway;
- Working across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Hybrid Agile Methodology;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP Ariba applications in the client’s landscape leveraging SAP Accelerators for testing, configuration, and documentation;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Fit/Gap Analysis and RACI Matrix;
- Managing Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Cutover, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Google Apps to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Contributing to sales and business development efforts, including proposal creation; and
- Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Skype, Google Meet and project tracking accelerators, including Microsoft (MS) Project, Cutover Matrix, and Industry prints.
