Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational knowhow, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Conduct business alignment/requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, and validating final functional and technical requirements. Manage the creation of walkthrough as-is and to-be process maps, confirming future state landscape and architecture, and translating the requirements into project designs. Interface directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents for information technology projects. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leveraging Oracle Enterprise Planning (ERP) to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Oil and Gas industries;
- Participating in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients;
- Participating in supply chain and indirect procurement transformations, utilizing Oracle ERP with Agile methodology;
- Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Oracle JD Edwards ERP applications in the client’s landscape, leveraging Agile methodology;
- Leading large-scale Oracle JD Edwards implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
- Leading and performing system configuration to automate business processes for strategic sourcing, contracts lifecycle management and digitization, procurement and invoicing automation, and supplier onboarding and risk management, utilizing Oracle JD Edwards ERP;
- Participating in project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Microsoft Project; and
- Leading Oracle JD Edwards testing, utilizing Jira to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.
