Work You’ll Do
Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions to address clients' next generational needs, creating effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps utilizing Salesforce, Hybris, and SAP CRM On-Premise and SAP Cloud for Customer;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Gap analysis, Business Blueprinting, end-user trainings, upgrade analysis, and IC sales, service, marketing, and e-commerce processes;
- Delivering large scale cloud implementation projects by leading solution design and development of high-end cloud CRM tools, utilizing Mashup, SOAP, API, RFC, and OData services;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing ARIS, iRISE, Remedy, Mercury QTP, ITSM 7, HPQC, and ServiceNow;
- Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects utilizing Microsoft Exchange Server Settings, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and Postman;
- Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications, utilizing SOAP, Portal Integrations, SDK and PDI deployments, scoping, tenant procurements, Remote Function Call (RFC API) and OData services; and
- Mapping current and to-be business service flows, and design components for online applications, utilizing returns, shipment, tax processes, billing and sales delivery processes.
