Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects including the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Participate in teams that define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure utilizing Peoplesoft and Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud;
- Working across all phases of the Workforce Transformation project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise level clients, utilizing JIRA and Project Management Control (PMC) tools;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be organization, processes and environments specific to organizational design, workforce capacity and competencies, training, talent acquisition and development;
- Generating and delivering project and workstream status reports to internal and external stakeholders and leading onshore and offshore team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in Workforce Transformation projects;
- Performing end-to-end project testing of technology and functional deliverables, including performing Unit, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and Service Rehearsal testing, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management and JIRA Tools;
- Providing periodic performance feedback for team members and providing input during mid-year and end of year appraisal reviews; and
- Designing and delivering user guides, leading and supporting training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud Technologies.
