Work You’ll Do
Manage management consulting projects, including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Retail and Consumer Products sector. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for critical strategic and operational business areas. Manage technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Manage vendor assessment for content management for Retail and Consumer Products sector companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content, and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in management consulting project proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for cluster analysis, factor analysis, and to conduct segmentation studies for vendor assessments and customer segmentation to create solutions for clients within the Retail and Consumer Products sector;
- Participating in teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing scenario building and hypothesis building for organizational designs and models;
- Participating in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and contributing to sales and business development efforts;
- Leading Quality Assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including current state assessments, business case development, go-to-market strategy, and savings estimations per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Participating in project management efforts, using project plans, Risk Control Matrix, steering committee updates, status reports and Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI); and
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis to develop solutions for client challenges, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel models, Tableau dashboards, and Power BI.
