Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions, utilizing Oracle products. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Participating in all phases of the Finance Function Project Delivery and Software Implementation Lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing JIRA to support and oversee Functional Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting Finance function business process workshops, utilizing MS Visio As-Is process flows to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials for General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules system landscapes;
- Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents, utilizing JIRA and MS Visio; and
- Preparing and executing detailed project plan utilizing MS Projects, including Cutover planning.
