Work You’ll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Oracle Data and Analytics tools including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Database, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services;
- Managing all phases of the Agile project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Analytics solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Atlassian JIRA to support and oversee System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) testing cycles to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting financial analytics and supply chain analytics business process workshops, utilizing Agile and Hybrid methodologies to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle ERP and supply chain reporting and analytics;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing Gap Analysis templates to design Oracle ERP and supply chain analytics system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Analytics Cloud;
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and Visio; and
- Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing JIRA and MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
