Work You’ll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. Manage the future-state business process and key design decisions for critical strategic and operational business areas. Manage technical enablement assessments to determine key processes and organizational gaps in the current business environment. Manage vendor assessments for content management for Life Sciences and Healthcare sector companies by creating vendor selection framework and conducting demos, road-mappings, and pricing assessments. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content, and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Public Health, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing market analyses, Lean Methodologies, and strategic frameworks to create solutions for clients within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector;
- Participating in teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible and innovative business models using Leavitt's Diamond Model, Scenario Planning, and Value Chain Analysis;
- Guiding day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and contributing to sales and business development efforts;
- Driving the quality assurance (QA) for clients’ deliverables including data analyses, current state assessments, performance reviews, process maps, strategic roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and operating models per business specifications and agreed timelines;
- Working across all phases of the design, development, implementation, and operations for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Conducting project management efforts using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid tools to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize Return on Investment (ROI); and
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analyses for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
