Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Boston, MA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Web Content Management (WCM), Web services, Waterfall and Agile methodologies to lead information technology projects;
- Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS);
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MS Project, Gantt Charts, and Jira;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis, using ServiceNow, Jira, and Tableau;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Salesforce CRM, Angular JS, CSS, Web services, and Application Programming Interface (API);
- Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, EAI, and API;
- Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Salesforce CRM, CSS, Angular JS, EAI, Web Services, Apex, and Waterfall & Agile methodologies; and
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Change Request Tracker, Risk logs, Issue logs, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.
