Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of information technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of information technology project proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Participating in all phases of the Agile methodology project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Oracle Test Scripts and Process Flows to support and perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Retail Integration Cloud Services (RICS);
- Performing Oracle Cloud Order Management, Account Receivables, Retail Merchandising, and Retail Store Operations production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM and Jira;
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Microsoft (MS) Visio and Office Suite;
- Participating in the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, and Project; and
- Participating in the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle Student Guides and User Guides, Training Manuals, and Quick Reference Guides.
