Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project and Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy and information project technology by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for Project Management, and Scrum Framework for managing Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Technology & Telecommunication, and Power, Energy, & Renewables industries;
- Participating in all phases of the Agile and Hybrid Agile Methodology for project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Oracle Financial Offerings, Configuration Checklists, and ServiceNow to support and oversee Functional Unit Testing, System integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting business process workshops, utilizing Signavio, Microsoft (MS) Office, and Hybrid-Agile methodology to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Project Porfolio Management, Enterprise Contracts, Accounts Receivables, Subscription Management, and Revenue Management for Technology, and Power, Energy, & Renewables industry clients;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Project Porfolio Management, Enterprise Contracts, Accounts Receivables, Subscription Management, and Revenue Management system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Project Porfolio Management, Enterprise Contracts, Accounts Receivables, Subscription Management, and Revenue Management;
- Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing MS Visio, Signavio, and Oracle Financial Offerings; and
- Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project Management for Hybrid-Agile Methodology with Scrum Framework.
