Deloitte Consutling LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP

tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology needs of an

organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Participating in the delivery of components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Quality Management (QM) functions;
  • Working across phases of the Agile, ASAP, and Waterfall Methodologies, including project preparation, design workshops, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, go-live, and hypercare for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
  • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP production planning with manufacturing execution systems and SAP Quality Management (QM) applications in the client’s landscape;
  • Leading large-scale SAP transformation and upgrade implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations, utilizing SAP ECC;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP SolMan;
  • Utilizing HPQC and SAP SolMan to support and perform Unit Integration, User Acceptance, Performance, Stress, and Regression testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing uPerform; and
  • Performing SAP Production Planning, SAP XSteps and SAP Quality Management (QM) production rollouts, and providing post-production hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow and HP ALM.
