Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Leading and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business utilizing SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO), and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Solutions;
  • Working across phases of the SAP Waterfall or Agile Methodologies, including Initiation, Blueprinting, Planning, Realization, Execution, Go-Live and Hypercare, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing Phases for solutions for enterprise-level, global clients, utilizing SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA solutions;
  • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP ECC or S/4 HANA with APO, IBP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), MFGPro, Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), and Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) applications in the client’s landscape;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Adobe tools and Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook;
  • Leading project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Agile Manager and Task Board Tools;
  • Utilizing Worksoft, Jira, HP ALM, and SAP Solution Manager to support and perform Functional Unit Testing (FUT), Technical Unit Testing (TUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Security Testing, and Portal Testing;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Remedy, SAP Activate, and UPerform tools; and
  • Performing SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Materials Management (MM) production rollouts, and providing post-production hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP Solution Manager, Remedy, Clarify, and Radix tools.
