Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Tampa, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Manage end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements 

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Utilizing MuleSoft, asynchronous messaging, Managed File Transfer (MFT), File Based Data Integrations (FBDI) and Java, J2EE technologies to manage design and development for Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services;
  • Coordinating technical teams in order to architect, build and deploy multi-cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support enterprise clients;
  • Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress utilizing MicroSoft Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and Agile project management tools including Kanban boards;
  • Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions using Dell Boomi, Google Apigee Edge, Oracle Cloud ERP, SOAP and RESTFul webservices, Groovy, JavaScript, JMeter, WebLogic, relational databases including MS SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL, no-SQL database DynamoDB and Caching technologies including Redis and Memcached;
  • Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI);
  • Coordinating teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Cloud; and
  • Managing the development, communication, and implementation of organizations’ DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Azure DevOps, Azure Log Analytics, Splunk, AppDynamics, Wily, Sitescope, AWS CloudWatch, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Boomi AtomSphere, Apigee Edge, Progress Sonic Actional, Maven and Jenkins.
