Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.
--50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
--Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions, utilizing organizational change management methodology;
--Defining, building, and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structure, utilizing talent acquisition methodology;
--Creating business case decision models and executing process mapping, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint and MS Excel;
--Assisting with requirements gathering workshops, interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
--Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Tableau to create custom reports, MS PowerPoint for visual reporting and roadmaps, Smartsheet to assign and track tasks, and MS Excel to develop charts, including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI), and Gantt;
--Conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and surveys, utilizing videotelephony, videoconferencing applications, MS PowerPoint, and organizational data analysis to understand clients’ current-state process and programs, and outlining future processes and programs, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Excel;
--Creating training materials and facilitating trainings, including job aids, process manuals, Help Desk documents, toolkits, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and glossaries to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.

Annual Salary: $93,225.00 - $155,375.00.
