Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage while leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Providing support in developing and documenting internal business processes and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, and automating processes using MS Power Automate;
• Providing industry insight and analytical support, working with clients to gather large sets of detailed client data, producing analysis, insights, and data-driven decisions, utilizing MS Excel, Python, and MS PowerPoint;
• Working across all phases of the IT operating model supporting organizational assessment, design, and enablement of organizational and strategic insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Participating in client workshop sessions, capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions, using MS Visio, MS OneNote, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
• Analyzing financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing MS Excel;
• Modeling, designing, and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; and
• Designing, optimizing, and documenting detailed end-to-end IT business processes, operating models, roles and responsibilities, and interaction models for enterprise-level clients, using MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.

Annual Salary: $111,966.00 - $155,375.00.
