Work You’ll Do
Perform software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Gather SAP project requirements from the business; perform current state system analysis, document requirements and create technical and functional specification documents for application development. Translate SAP system requirements into functional design, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques, to finalize system design. Design, configure, test, and support SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Build, configure, and monitor interfaces to integrate SAP business modules with 3rd party systems.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Business Ojbects (BO), SAP BW/4HANA and ASAP methodology to provide software development and implementation services;
- Defining systems strategy and developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions including SAP performance optimization standards, utilizing Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW), SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs), SAP ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) Views, SAP Screen Painter SE51, SAP OData, ABAP Debugger, and SAP Background Jobs;
- Creating screen mockups and user interface (UI) storyboards and conducting sessions to finalize system design, utilizing frontend technologies including SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BO Design Studio, and SAP Web IDE;
- Designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP modules including Financial Accounting (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM), using SAP Object Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP), ABAP CDS, SAP Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+), SAP BTP and SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) to develop technical objects, including modules and reports;
- Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP tools and modules including SAP OData, SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, and SAP Gateway with 3rd party systems;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, using Microsoft (MS) Visio, SAP Solution Composer, SAP Enterprise Architecture Designer (EA Designer), and SAP Fiori;
- Developing technical mapping documents and reports for conforming source system data and data store, using SAP Data management tools and methodologies including SAP Information Steward, SAP BODS, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Warehouse (BW); and
- Defining systems strategy and developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies for SAP, including Agile Project Management, SAP Activate, and SAP Rapid Application Development (RAD).
