Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS Teams, MS Azure, and Agile Methodology;
- Assisting with the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design and development, and testing within Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance;
- Assisting with requirements gathering workshops, interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
- Developing and modifying advanced reports to meet client requirements, using Workday Report Writer, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and Prism Analytics;
- Building Integrations and API’s within Workday to perform Inbound and Outbound data transactions, using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB);
- Creating Security and Security Groups for Reports, Integrations, and Data Conversion to restrict access to specific users and user groups, and performing the transaction to ensure data transforms in and out of Workday via secured processing, using SQL Servers via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Location;
- Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS Azure and MS SharePoint;
- Creating training materials and facilitating trainings, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, micro-learning videos, and glossaries to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.
