Work You’ll Do
Provide software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Help define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Research user reported issues with software systems, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals. Drive operational efficiency by
maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytical expertise and providing offerings for continuous insights and improvements.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps, utilizing MS SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Devops, Tableau, and Python data libraries;
- Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Devops bug trackers, bugzilla, Jira, and internal defect analysis protocols;
- Designing sub-components of larger systems, integrating applications with each other, and optimizing system structure, utilizing Visual Studio, C# and MS SQL server, Java, Python, and Git;
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Figma, MS Visio, MS Word, and Invison embedding best design practices and use case flows to strategize the smooth and efficient development of the product;
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing Web-based applications solutions across all phases of Agile scrum project life cycle;
- Gathering functional and technical requirements, and analyzing and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions to meet clients’ needs, utilizing agile methodology of iterative requirement gathering, product backlog refinement processes and translating the business requirements to technical user stories in Devops and Jira boards;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables and status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to stakeholders, utilizing Devops Dashboards, Sprint Documents, MS power BI reports, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and shared MS Team documents; and
- Performing functional, integration and automation testing utilizing requirement document, manual test scripts, and testing frameworks including Mockito, Junit, Nunit, and Selenium HQ, to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions.
Annual Salary: $103,900 - $134,000
