Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Help facilitate continuous business improvement by planning and monitoring solution enhancements, upgrades, support packs, and scheduled functional releases. Help coordinate and manage test strategies, user behavior analysis, metrics and reporting.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Devising security frameworks in Microsoft Azure through compliance rules and Conditional Access Policies, using Multi-Factor Authentication and BitLocker encryption;
  • Designing future state architecture through a Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) to integrate MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) with MS Endpoint Manager (MEM), and connect to the on-premise datacenter through Azure Active Directory (AD) Connect and Co-management;
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of BigFix, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune platforms to manage the deployment, compliance, and security of client devices;
  • Automating development and deployment tasks using Azure DevOps to convert client requirements into User Story Cards, and estimating the development and testing efforts for Epics, Features, Stories, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios;
  • Analyzing clients’ current state Group Policy Objects (GPOs) through PowerBI, and proposing best security practices to enterprise architects via administrative templates and configuration profiles;
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and senior leadership to build and deploy an Azure environment to enable access to client-hosted web applications;
  • Leveraging Tableau dashboards to create and present charts, statistics, and graphs to senior leadership.
