Work You’ll Do
Provide software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Provide support for all phases of the software development lifecycle utilizing Software Development Life Cycle methodologies for project implementation, including preparation, business blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support. Utilize major software platforms and create custom coding artifacts using various programming languages. Build, deploy and maintain customized tools or software to modernize legacy application architecture. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications and draft technical and functional design documentation; identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Research user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visualizations of data trends, data architectures and data models by utilizing Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Apache Hive, Airflow, and Kafka, visualization frameworks to support business and functional requirements within the technology and healthcare industries;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code;
- Designing and developing applications using Python, Red Hat OpenShift, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Knative, and Apache Kafka to meet functional needs for software applications;
- Creating web applications using Python to provide service and data to users;
- Architecting, implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure and topologies including AWS and Microsoft (MS) Azure;
- Performing data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development utilizing Python, SQL, Apache Hive, Presto, NumPy, and Pandas; and
- Working with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Agile methodology.
