Work You’ll Do
Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Help facilitate continuous business improvement by planning and monitoring solution enhancements, upgrades, support packs, and scheduled functional releases. Help coordinate and manage test strategies, user behavior analysis, metrics and reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, interface development, and systems development, utilizing Salesforce Data Loader, Figma Wireframes, Talend, and Jitterbit;
- Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira, Salesforce for issue and resolution tracking, BitBucket, and Git for version control;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, process flows, screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, pseudo code, and grooming requirements, using Jira, Microsoft (MS) Visio, Jira Align, Lucidchart, and MS PowerPoint;
- Automating development and deployment tasks, using Jenkins to build deployment code and Copado for DevOps, including automated deployments and code back propagations;
- Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of Custom Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM Applications, and integrations with external systems, including Veeva Vault MedComms, Telephony systems, and Content Management Systems through Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and middleware environments, including MuleSoft and Dell Boomi;
- Using Cloud Platform knowledge of Salesforce Ecosystem and Integration for the design and development of Cloud solutions, and in the performance of project-related responsibilities;
- Troubleshooting development and deployment issues by debugging codes and interpreting logs, utilizing Plug-ins on MS Visual Studio Code, WebStorm with debugging plug-ins, SonarLint extension for Apex, JavaScript debugging, and Salesforce Debug Logs;
- Working with a team of developers to produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Jira, MS Excel, and Change Request Trackers.
