Work You’ll Do
Perform digital and service UX/UI (User Experience and User Interface) design, practice a rigorous design process, and utilize these designs to drive innovative and transformative solutions that address the client’s next generational needs. Design modern and industry-specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management
using conversational UI augmented, virtual or mixed reality and motion design. Create designs, from concept through prototyping, with modern programs or technologies. Bring user centered design (UCD) process methods to create Deloitte customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios, and wireframe artifacts. Facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Design, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing UX/UI design and design processes, including ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing, using Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology utilizing tools including Figma, MURAL and Dscout;
- Utilizing storytelling, design thinking, and human-centered design to drive innovation and user-centric ideation projects utilizing customer and industry insights, Personas and Journey Maps, and Rapid Prototyping;
- Gathering functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using Agile methodology to develop Customer Value Propositions and Road Mapping for Minimum Value Product (MVP) and future developments;
- Applying design principles, methods, techniques of creative disciplines from Branding, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Grids and Color Theory to visual mediums across digital, print, and spatial design;
- Assisting with creating cover artwork, illustrations, photo manipulation and editing, utilizing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma;
- Assisting with creating brand-related collateral for events, web assets, and posters, utilizing existing brand guidelines and new guidelines developed through visual and strategic branding processes;
- Designing and customizing front-end user interface for software platforms according to technical requirements, by leveraging existing User Interface (UI) Components, design systems, and development and testing environments.
