Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Portland, OR and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design, and governance, culture, and technology adoption solutions, utilizing Tableau and SQL;
  • Writing user stories for developers and testers containing business and functional logic and design requirements, and performing user, functional, and design testing, utilizing Tableau, functional and technical design documents, SQL, and test scripts;
  • Assisting with the full lifecycle of a project, including the analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Tableau, Axure RP, and SQL;
  • Assisting with requirements gathering workshops, and interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions, for purposes of organizational development and change management;
  • Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Tableau, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Microsoft SharePoint; and
  • Facilitating trainings and creating training materials, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, micro-learning videos, and glossaries, in order to to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.
