Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within the Retail and Consumer Products sector. Design enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Develop organizational structures and define associated roles and responsibilities for global and Omni-channel retail organizations to support leading practice merchandising processes and capabilities. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage while leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Working across all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for customer-facing software products, ensuring consistency with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban;
- Developing API models in GraphQL, analytics instrumentation, systems architecture, integration and sunsetting plans, and database schema, in PostgreSQL and Firebase;
- Translating business needs into well-defined and documented technical and functional requirements to build new features and deliver defect fixes utilizing Jira and Confluence;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions to enhance the customer experience;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative business analysis and competitive market research to identify revenue generating and cost-saving improvements to clients’ core digital product offerings;
- Creating quarterly strategic roadmaps and capacity plans based on feature prioritization frameworks including story mapping and MoSCoW model; and
- Performing and reporting on A-B tests tracking feature performance using data visualization tools including Tableau and collecting and conducting analysis on raw data using Python.
