Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Houston, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Candidate must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across phases of the SAP Activate methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including the design, build, test, and deploy phases for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Order to Cash (OTC), SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) modules including Subscription Order Management and Configure, and Price Quote (CPQ);
  • Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, Fit-Gap Analysis, and workflows leveraging Atlassian JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments through blueprinting and focused workshops with clients using Flowchart and Microsoft (MS) Visio to illustrate technical architectural diagrams and process;
  • Preparing and executing test cases for SAP OTC, Finance and Subscription Order Management business scenarios, including subscription order creation, contract creation, and contract change processes using ALM, qTest and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using automated, on-demand reporting developed using MS Excel;
  • Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling utilizing MS Excel, PowerBI, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA);
  • Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, Systems Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance testing (UAT) workshops and executions, and cutover support utilizing Smartsheets, JIRA, qTest, and SAP SolMan;
  • Defect triaging and management during SIT and UAT testing, and hypercare using JIRA, ALM, and MS Office.
