Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Chicago, Illinois and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology in-vestments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and en-able scalability, remove performance barriers, enable inno-vation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop da-ta validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anoma-lies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Lever-age automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Candidate must also have 1 year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across phases of the Agile, ASAP, and Waterfall lifecycle including requirement gathering, designing, end to end testing, implementation, enhancements, support for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients utilizing SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules;
  • Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state systems, processes, and environments using SAP Model Company and SAP SolMan (Solution Manager);
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using HP ALM QC, Power BI, JIRA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint;
  • Providing industry insight and analytical support by employing data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools leveraging Oracle SQL, MySQL, Python, and Tableau;
  • Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models utilizing Visio, MS Excel, SAP Analysis for MS Office, and Business Process Master List (BPML);
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans, and configuration documents through use of Microsoft Tools, SharePoint, and ServiceNow to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP projects;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders for requirement gathering, planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA systems by leveraging Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Design Specification (FDS), and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) objects.
