Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do 

Create innovative and transformative solutions that address Supply Chain needs; create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advise on how to grow business and achieve target cost structures; help innovate and transform current business models and customer experiences, to create sustaining competitive advantage, that leverage emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization, supported by a strong operations and Supply Chain foundation. Provide support in developing and documenting Supply Chain processes and metrics in a manner consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Assist in developing a shared services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Perform business case analysis to understand opportunities for Supply Chain cost optimization; help organizations deliver critical programs by enabling them to make better business decisions on the cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial information on the market, key players, and industry trends; and analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. Must have one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Candidate must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Functionally analyzing the interface between SAP S/4HANA ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and external systems including IDocs and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange);
  • Defining Material Resource Planning Parameters in SAP and generating Red Reports to track delivery information;
  • Conducting Functional testing and developing custom configuration of Apriso FlexNet Manufacturing Process Intelligence systems across manufacturing and warehouse locations;
  • Manage all Supply Chain standards for new products and suppliers such as defining VRF for new components, Logistics protocols for suppliers, performing logistics FMEA for new projects, and adhering to safety standards QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000 and ISO 14001;
  • Identifying the root causes of inventory discrepancies and reporting on key performance indicators to assist in business decision-making;
  • Developing Microsoft (MS) Excel dashboards to aid in forecast communication, global material allocation and Supplier Risk Management;
  • Implementing new requirements or modifications based on OEM customer request for packaging and labelling of Finished Goods and Work-in-Process; and
  • Managing all Supply Chain planning and logistics activities for projects from pre-production through the launch phase, using document management tools including Google Docs and SharePoint to cater to unique business requirements.
