Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Perform requirements planning, architecture, testing, deployment, and beyond to link IT programs to organizational goals, utilizing SAP modules. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Create technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models.

  • 80% travel required nationally.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING (ANY), OR A RELATED FIELD AND ONE (1) YEAR OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE ONE (1) YEAR OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: PERFORMING CURRENT STATE ANALYSIS, DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNING, AND PROTOTYPING SYSTEMS TO MEET SAP ARCHITECTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE GOALS; CONDUCTING TESTING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES, USER TRAININGS, AND IMPLEMENTATION IN SAP MODULES INCLUDING EXTENDED WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (EWM), WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (WMS) AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, TO LINK IT PROGRAMS TO ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS; IMPLEMENTING EWM IN INTEGRATION WITH SAP GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES (GTS) AND DEPENDENCIES FOR MASTER DATA WITH OTHER MODULES SUCH AS FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (FI), SALES AND DISTRIBUTION (SD), AND MATERIAL MANAGEMENT (MM); PERFORMING UNIT AND REGRESSION TESTING AND DEFECT RESOLUTION UTILIZING JIRA AND HP ALM (APPLICATION LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT) FOR STANDARD AND CUSTOM DEVELOPMENTS; CREATING SAP TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, AND PROCESS MODELS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN); EVALUATING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT MAPPING WITHIN SAP PACKAGE TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES MAKE BETTER DECISIONS; DEVELOPING FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT AND INTERFACE WITHIN EXTERNAL SYSTEMS USING IDOC (INTERMEDIATE DOCUMENT), EDI (ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE), AND IIB (IBM INTEGRATION BUS) TO CATER TO UNIQUE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS; DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING LARGE-SCALE DATA SYSTEMS INCLUDING DATA MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE, AND INTEGRATING STRUCTURED AND UNSTRUCTURED DATA TO GENERATE INSIGHTS LEVERAGING CLOUD-BASED AND ON-PREMISE PLATFORMS; AND USING IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) AND BMC REMEDY ITSM TOOLS TO MONITOR, SERVICE, AND DOCUMENT RESOLUTION FOR TRACKING AND REMEDIATING EVENTS BY PRIORITIZATION AND SEVERITY.
