Work you’ll do
- Develop and apply strategic communications frameworks, including audience analysis, to effectively communicate at all levels
- Oversee engagement plan direction as well as the production and distribution of messaging across all communication channels and platforms
- Implement proactive and organized communications activities that support achieving client objectives while streamlining reactive communications processes
- Implement communications strategy that cuts across various channels, including web, media, print, and community engagement
- Ensure information communicated is accessible, actionable, accurate, relevant, timely, and understandable for intended audiences
- Work collaboratively and diplomatically across multiple stakeholder groups and partners

Qualifications
Required:
- A current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required to be considered
- 4+ years’ experience with the following: developing and executing engagement plans/strategies, comfortable balancing multiple client projects simultaneously, team player that can collaborate on cross-organization projects.
- Experience with various writing styles: APA, MLA
- Experience drafting executive level summaries, narrative writing, memos, and PowerPoint briefings
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:

- Prior experience supporting federal clients/stakeholders
- Enterprise change management strategies
- Prior experience working with IT clients and/or IT initiatives
