Data Management Services – CoRe – Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you will do: 
CoRe is Deloitte’s integrated shared services organization. It supports and drives Deloitte’s global strategy and deliver tangible value to the participating member firms and the Deloitte global network. In a summary, this role will require the professional to research on clients and their legal trees and different attributes and work with different stakeholders. It provides an opportunity to develop skills on governance, data quality, automation and operations optimization.  

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and identifying deficiencies in the information available in internal systems following standard procedures 
• Research missing client attributes and prepare communications to key stakeholders for review. 
• Working closely with various stakeholder’s client serving teams, Partners and member firms to gather the information. 
• Analyzing the information gathered from various sources and ensuring accurate information. 
• Maintaining and updating global client trees 
• Research on companies, its affiliates from various data sources 
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the CIR data model, Global Taxonomy & Client attributes. 
• Maintain metric reports to show status and impact of changes 
• Perform various quality reviews to ensure data accuracy 
• Contributing process improvement initiatives and procedural documentation 
• Maintain open lines of communication with the team members and US/ cross-border counterparts 
• Work with team to perform tasks within project scope and established time frame 

Work timing: 11 AM – 8 PM IST/ 2-11 PM IST 
Location: Hyderabad

Requisite core skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word 
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Access 
• Superior written and verbal communication, with an ability to interact cross-border teams 
• Attention to detail, keen interest in data analytics and visualization 
• Understanding of data surrounding client engagements and how data is used by account managers 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment & adapt, learn and work with multiple systems and tools to analyze and resolve business problems 
• Comfortable working in a global matrix environment, both independently and in a team 
• Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail required for success in this role 

Qualifications and experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience in research and analysis 
• Graduate degree & MBA/PGDM in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration
